A Thai property development company registered in Thalang District, Phuket, implementing the Gardens of Eden project at Bang Tao. Amal Development is the legal developer, whilst Amal Group of Companies is the consumer brand under which the project is marketed.
The flagship Gardens of Eden project forms a gated residential community with an emphasis on privacy, natural surroundings and service infrastructure. The project site covers approximately 73 rai; the majority of it is dedicated to gardens, park spaces, water features and pedestrian pathways.
The developer is implementing the project in phases: the master plan comprises Eden Residences, Park Residences and the branded Etro Residences. The format includes residences and apartments in low-rise development, as well as infrastructure for leisure, sport, wellness practices and family living.
