Ratburana
Ratburana occupies the southeastern part of Bangkok, on a bend of the Chao Phraya River, which according to feng shui tradition is called the "belly of the dragon": a place that attracts capital. Here is the headquarters of Kasikornbank, one of Thailand's four largest banks, and the proximity of such a neighbor raises the status of the district, improves the quality of business infrastructure around it, and strengthens real estate prices in the medium term.
The key advantage of the district in the coming years: the construction of the southern extension of the purple MRT line (Tao Poon - Ratburana). The project started on August 16, 2022 with a budget of 82 billion baht, with commissioning scheduled for the end of 2027. The line will run from northwest to southeast Bangkok, including 13.6 km of underground section (10 stations) and 10 km of elevated track (7 stations).
