MGallery Residences MontAzure was created with three Asian investment groups: Narai Group from Thailand, ARCH Capital from Hong Kong and Philean Capital from Singapore, which is part of Pontiac Land Group. Their partnership combines expertise in property, investment and hospitality.
Among the developer's residential projects are Twinpalms Residences MontAzure and MGallery Residences MontAzure. The first follows a beachfront residence format, while the second offers apartments around a lake, landscaped grounds and hotel management under the MGallery brand of the Accor group.
