Developer
Zhongfa Property (HK) Limited specialises in overseas resort property and urban development projects. The company operates at the intersection of property development, hospitality and tourism infrastructure: its portfolio includes hotels, serviced apartments, residential complexes and major mixed-use projects in China, Thailand, the Philippines, Africa and Canada. On Samui, the developer is advancing the ANAVA Samui project, which combines sea-view apartments, resort infrastructure and hotel-model management.
Zhongfa's approach is not based on building individual villas, but on creating resort projects with their own infrastructure. The company focuses on international tourism destinations and the integration of property with hospitality and recreational functions.
International portfolio. The developer's portfolio includes projects in China, Thailand, the Philippines, Kenya and Canada
Hospitality sector experience. In 2009, the developer invested in the construction of the four-star Golden Phoenix Hotel on Boracay.
Samui projects. The developer's catalogue includes two phases of the "Heart of Samui" project and ANAVA Samui apartments.
ANAVA Samui. Zhongfa's current flagship project on Samui comprises 564 apartments in 13 low-rise buildings and 4 beachfront villas. Construction officially began in April 2025; the developer publishes regular progress reports.
Partnership model. For ANAVA Samui, Zhongfa has announced a partnership with Koh Samui Hotel Management Group. This aligns with the project's concept, where purchasing an apartment is linked not only to residential occupation but also to resort-style management.
For property buyers on Samui, Zhongfa's experience is important primarily in terms of project scale and work with hospitality infrastructure.
