Noble Development Public Company Limited was founded in 1991 by a group of Thai businessmen led by Kitti Thanakitamnuay, with the first project being Noble Park.
The company's shares have been traded on the Thailand Stock Exchange since June 1997 under the ticker SET: NOBLE.
