Millennium
Complex Characteristics
Residential Complex Description
Millennium, an exclusive residential complex, is launching sales in Bang Tao, one of the most developed and sought-after neighbourhoods on Phuket's western coastline.
The beach is just 750 metres away, and the area offers comprehensive facilities for comfortable living, leisure and holiday letting at a high standard of service. The project design takes the tropical climate into account: each balcony features a mini-garden, open corridors provide natural ventilation, and swimming pools are positioned in the central courtyard, around the building perimeter and on the roof.
Purchasing an apartment at pre-launch is suited to those seeking a holiday residence in a strong resort location or property for subsequent rental income.
Project highlights:
2 buildings, 7 storeys each
253 apartments
Underground parking for 75 vehicles
5 swimming pools, one per 50 apartments
56-metre infinity pool on the roof with panoramic views
Apartment formats
Studio apartments from 24 to 30 m² (258 to 323 sq ft)
1-bedroom apartments from 35 to 46 m² (377 to 495 sq ft)
2-bedroom apartments from 52 to 76 m² (560 to 818 sq ft)
Garden-level apartments offer direct terrace access to the swimming pool and higher ceiling heights: the layout is closer to a villa than a conventional apartment building.
Architecture and engineering
Millennium's facade is literally alive. Mini-garden irrigation on balconies operates automatically: sensors monitor moisture and rainfall, and collected rainwater is used for watering. Outdoor air-conditioning units and washing machines are concealed behind wooden screens, so only clean white lines and greenery are visible from outside.
Open corridors provide natural ventilation without stuffiness or dampness. In the evening, the building is illuminated along its perimeter, the central courtyard pool floor glows like a starlit sky, and tropical animal projections appear on walls and pathways.
Project facilities
The entire roof is dedicated to residents and functions as a separate resort:
56-metre infinity pool
children's pool and play area beneath a transparent dome
hammam and bar
open-air cinema
outdoor fitness zone and yoga platform
event space and lounge areas with sunbeds
At garden level, reception with vehicle entrance, café with seating and outdoor area, co-working space, gymnasium, relaxation zones and the property management company office are located. Morning coffee, work and exercise all fit within one building.
Investment appeal
Pre-launch pricing. Purchasing before construction commences locks in the price at its lowest point; as Phuket developers typically raise prices as the project progresses towards completion.
Interest-free instalment plan covering the entire construction period. Payments are divided into 5 instalments linked to construction milestones, with the final 10% due upon handover.
Year-round rental demand. Bang Tao remains occupied during low season, and the 750-metre beach proximity combined with the resort-standard roof facilities distinguish Millennium apartments from neighbouring offerings.
Transparent legal foundation. Chanote title deed, Environmental Impact Assessment and building permit are already approved; the main contractor has an established portfolio of substantial projects. Apartments may be registered as Freehold or Leasehold.

Developer
Millennium is Leader of the Millennium's first project on Phuket. The developer is backed by a substantial land bank in northern Thailand and strong equity capital.
AE.Phuket has been selected as the main contractor. The company has been operating on Phuket since 2011, delivering projects including HOMA, notably the 422-room HOMA Bang Tao hotel, and over 30 major developments across Thailand in total. The contractor's experience with large-scale projects reduces buyer risk concerning timescales and build quality.
Project documentation demonstrates the contractor's standing as a responsible developer:
land has been acquired and the Title deed is registered in the developer's name
Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) has been obtained
Building permit has been secured
show apartment is open adjacent to the site
