Chalong

Chalong is the maritime "gateway" to southern Phuket with a large bay, pier and marinas, from where yachts, diving tours and island cruises depart. The area is located at the intersection of key roads: 10-15 minutes to the beaches of Nai Harn, Rawai, Kata and Karon, 20 minutes to Phuket Town, nearby supermarkets, international schools, fitness and Muay Thai camps.

Chalong is popular with families, yachtsmen and investors: there are many villas and houses in gated complexes with more affordable prices than beachfront properties, with stable year-round rental demand.
